Strategic Payer Marketing
Senior Product Manager, Value & Population Health Marketing, Oncology

This position is responsible for planning and executing messaging, tools and initiatives that support [T/A] within our portfolio.  Works closely with Directors Payer Marketing teams.  Position reports to the Director, Value and Population Health 

Responsibilities (consistent across US):

  • Designs customer facing tools such reactive and proactive (FDAMA 114) presentations to enable stakeholders to comprehend the health-related quality of life, economic benefits and budget impact
  • Manages review and approval up to and including separate FDAMA 114 review process
  • As necessary, develops and manages reviews and approvals for channel or customer specific tools
  • Maintain focus and understanding of external environment, contact with experts (institutions, regulatory bodies, etc.)
  • Reviews with relevant Payer Marketing Director and matrix team members market research and external market shifts to garner insights affecting brands / specific customers

Candidate Specifications:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • 4-7+ years of demonstrated high-level technical and professional knowledge and skills in the area of HEOR in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and ability to effectively & efficiently drive performance within a matrix organization
  • Experience and knowledge of regulatory processes
  • Strong communication skills, the ability to network across a broad internal and external matrix organization, and the skills necessary to form strong, productive partnerships
  • Ability to work across boundaries, using sophisticated influencing skills to partner with various stakeholders to build consensus and get results
  • Demonstrated ability to drive execution of key initiatives and meet all deadlines
  • Strong ability to prioritize and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PhD or PharmD with experience in epidemiology, economics, public health policy, econometrics, pharmacoeconomics, and / or health services research
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to accomplish specified goals
  • Track record of highly ethical and compliant behavior
